Twenty first century. The people of Europe and the entire planet, a world with different political and social structures are looking for the ways and the path that will lead to peaceful coexistence.

Within the framework of cooperation and interdependence of European people, the aim of the dance school <<KAROTSERIS>> and the cultural club <<ARADIPPOS>> is to develop and teach young children that it is their right to know and continue the valuable cultural heritage of our country, so that they become living cells within the United Europe.

Wanting our young people to have contact with young people from other countries, we take part in various folklore festivals and cultural events abroad, because we believe that in this way young people get to know the culture and tradition of other countries. A traditional dance festival in particular brings young people together so they can see that they have a lot in common with each other. After all, we all know that the language of music is universal. Through singing and dancing, friendships and mutual respect develop between the bands of the participating countries.

Our activities every year include several cultural and social events inside and outside Cyprus, thus representing our island in a worthy way. We have also established the organization of three music and dance events, every Easter Monday, in June and September where we also host music and dance groups from abroad. Since 1992 we have traveled and represented Cyprus in Italy, Hungary, France, United Arab Emirates, Poland, Belarus, Russia, Germany, Austria, Armenia, Israel, Holland, Spain, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Greece, Slovakia, Romania and Canada.
